At this time not all account holders are eligible to deposit checks. Eligibility to deposit a check is based on your account activity history and risk-based factors.
If eligible to deposit a check, you can make a deposit with the mobile deposit feature in the app, by clicking the Actions tab then the Check Deposit option and following the instructions. There is a $1,000 daily and $20,000 monthly limit for depositing checks.
Please note all check deposits will be placed on a standard 5 day business hold.
Before submitting your check, please sure it meets the requirements listed below:
1. Endorsed with your signature on the back along with "For mobile deposit at Blue Ridge Bank"
2. A clear photo of the front and back of the check with all four corners visible.
3. The name on your Lance account matches the name the check is written out to.
Checks that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected.
