If we unable to verify the information for your corporation we may request the following business documents to confirm that your business has been registered with the state. Please please ensure these documents are filed with the state before applying for a Lance account.
- Articles or Certificate of Incorporation - State certified copy with your name and signature
- EIN - Employer Identification Number(Letter 147C or SS-4 Confirmation letter from the IRS)
