If we unable to verify your LLC information we may request the following business documents to confirm that your business has been registered with the state.
- Articles or Certificate of Organization - State certified copy with your name and signature
- EIN - Employer Identification Number(Letter 147C or SS-4 Confirmation letter from the IRS)
