If you do not recognize a transaction in your Lance account, or feel you were incorrectly charged, the fastest way to resolve the issue is reaching out directly to the merchant for that transaction. Most incorrect transactions can be resolved most quickly by going directly to the merchant versus the dispute process, which can take up to 90 days for review.
If the transaction cannot be resolved directly with the merchant, please send us an email at support@lance.app with the date, amount, and merchant of the questionable transaction along with any other pertinent details and we'll assist you with the dispute process.
